Champagne

The magical region of Champagne in North Eastern France rose to prominence due to the bubbles and fizz that they perfected within their wines, led by Dom Perignon himself. Now produced in an array of styles from crisp Blanc de Blancs to full and rich vintage wines made exclusively from Pinot Noir. A trend to watch out for is that of Grower Champagne, where smaller producers rather than selling their grapes now vinify themselves, producing some top class and interesting cuvées – look out for our very own Météyer Pere et Fils.
